ReplyDeleteJode/Julie-anne, sorry I took this off because I thought you might not want to read the to and fro between Julie-ann. Ive invited Julie-ann to my personal blog now. Then I read your comment about how you like Julie-anns work so sorry about that girls.

Your Haiku is good Jode. What propted this one? Can I know?
ReplyDeleteit's ok 'bout removing the messages Kim - I can still follow the art on her blog - all good =)
ReplyDeleteding dong merrily on high...
a purposeful lick - of the stamp as it is dropped into the dark letterbox - the anticipation of wondering where in the world it will come out into the light - could be anywhere at all!
ReplyDeleteFrom the story of the artist you wrote about in you blog - loved the imagary - love haiku
I thought thats what you meant but then thought it might be about a stray dog wandering into you place while you wait the birth of the babe of bethlehem. Yeah i was inspired by that quote that I started doing a series fo stamps and makin those packets to send them through the post inside another bag. So many senarios, so little time....
